I have recently started experimenting with oil pastels; they are great fun and quite liberating, like painting with a giant crayon. Here are some of the results. Enjoy! :)

Helping Mother with Plants

This is an oil pastel of a little girl in the greenhouse with Mother, and she has given her daughter a little plant to take care of!  Set in a 'cut-off' fashion, where the mother is seen, but not all of her, the focus being primarily on the child, and we are viewing candidly.
